Every change to the account's funds, one row each, newest first. balanceAfterE6 is the balance once that entry took effect and refId points at whatever caused it (an order, a liquidation, a settlement — the domain follows kind).

This is the authoritative read for reconciliation: positions and orders are projections, the ledger is the book.

Send Authorization: Bearer <token>. The token is issued by POST /api/v1/auth/verify, and expires after 24h idle or 7d after issuance.
