The discovery-layer account summary. It is not the same shape as the trading line's GET /api/v1/accounts/{owner}: here values are E6 strings named cashE6 / reservedE6, there they are E6 integers named availableE6 / frozenE6. Pick one and stick to it in reconciliation scripts.
positionCostBasisE6 is always 0: the cost read model is not built yet, so this returns an honest 0 rather than passing market value off as cost.
Send Authorization: Bearer <token>. The token is issued by POST /api/v1/auth/verify, and expires after 24h idle or 7d after issuance.
