The only read path for the on-chain Market object id you sign into OrderV1. Only a 200 permits signed order placement; the four responses — 200, 404 (chain_binding_not_found), 409 (chain_binding_not_active, with status carrying the raw state) and 503 (chain_binding_source_unavailable) — are deliberately kept apart, and no failure returns a placeholder value. A 200 may be cached (a binding is immutable once ACTIVE), but do not cache 404/409. packageId is the address of the package that created the market, not the package_id in the signing domain (that one comes from the on-chain ProtocolConfig); account_epoch is not served here — read it from the chain directly.
