Removes the registration but does not trigger a mass cancel — whether to leave orders resting when you stop is the market maker's own call. Idempotent: removed=false means there was nothing registered, not an error.
Send Authorization: Bearer <token>. The token is issued by POST /api/v1/auth/verify, and expires after 24h idle or 7d after issuance.
