Cancel orders by id.

Send X-PX-Key: pxk_…. This endpoint requires the cancel scope — an insufficient scope returns 403, not 401, and this line does not use Bearer sessions. To request a key and see the limits, visit the onboarding page.

Behaviour

1–1000 ids per batch; duplicate ids are removed.
Returns canceled (list of cancelled ids) and notCanceled (id to reason code). Partial success is a normal outcome.
Ids that belong to another account are reported as ORDER_NOT_FOUND.
